Acting in accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, abbreviated as GDPR, we inform that:

    The administrator of personal data collected via the website www.prestameble.pl is KAIZEN sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Psz\u00f3w at ul. Karola Miarki 98.<\/p>

    2. The Service Recipient's personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, referred to as the GDPR.<\/li>
    3. The administrator exercises due diligence to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by them are:
      1. lawfully processed,<\/li>
      2. collected for specified, explicit, and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,<\/li>
      3. substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
      4. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
        1. Personal data of Service Recipients, collected by the Administrator, is used for:
          1. contacting the service recipient (customer)<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
          2. The Administrator processes the following personal data of the Service Recipients:
            1. First and last name,<\/li>

            3. E-mail address,<\/li>
            4. Phone number,<\/li>
            5. Other<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
            6. Users' personal data is processed on the basis of voluntary consent given by the User and in cases where legal provisions authorize the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal regulations or for the purpose of executing a contract concluded between the parties.<\/li>
            7. This website collects Personal Data as part of the provision of services, presentation of offers, and execution of contracts.<\/li>
            8. The website www.prestameble.pl can be browsed without providing personal data.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
            9. BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
              1. Using the website and concluding agreements for the provision of services by electronic means through it, which involves the necessity of providing personal data, is entirely voluntary. The data subject decides independently whether they want to start using the services provided by the Service Provider.<\/li>
              2. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, abbreviated as GDPR, data processing is permissible, inter alia, when:
                1. the data subject gives consent to this, unless it concerns the erasure of their data.<\/li>
                2. this is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                3. The processing of personal data by the Controller is always carried out within the scope of the grounds for the admissibility of their processing listed in point 2. The processing of data will be related to the performance of a contract or the necessity to take steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
                4. RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS THE CONTENT OF YOUR DATA, AND RECTIFY THEM
                  1. The Administrator undertakes to protect and secure the data obtained from the website and declares that personal data will not be sold or shared with other third parties.<\/li>
                  2. The service recipient has the right to access the content of their personal data and to correct them.<\/li>
                  3. Every person sharing Personal Data has the right to access their personal data, rectify, delete, or restrict its processing. They also have the right to object to further processing, and in the case of consenting to data processing, to withdraw it. Exercising the right to withdraw consent does not affect the processing that took place until the moment of consent withdrawal.<\/li>

                        1. The administrator applies technical and organizational measures ensuring the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data covered by protection, and in particular secures the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, acquisition by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations, as well as alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.<\/li>
                        2. The service provider provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.<\/li>
                        3. Personal data may be stored by the Administrator for the entire period of its activity or until the user requests the deletion of their data.<\/li>
