You are ordering furniture for a venue and the same question keeps coming back: wait for production tailored to the room, or take what is already ready. The choice is wider than it seems, because there are three deadlines, not two. Between full custom production and warehouse shipping, there is also express production.<\/p>\n

Three dates when the furniture leaves our plant<\/h2>\n

We ship upholstered furniture in three different terms, and each of them has different limitations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

A booth, a restaurant sofa, and a venue couch are the same piece of furniture for us, so the terms in the table apply to all three names.<\/p>\n

What are the benefits of custom-made furniture and how long do you have to wait for them?<\/h2>\n

Custom-made furniture gives you full control over length, shape, fabric, and backrest height, and you pay for it with time. This is a solution for a room with an unusual layout, with corners, or where the interior has a cohesive color theme and a specific fabric needs to be matched to it. When does an off-the-shelf piece of furniture make sense<\/h2>\n

Warehouse furniture makes sense when the opening date is closer than the production lead time. Paid orders placed by 10:00 AM ship the same day. We keep ten models in various colors and over 100 running meters in stock, and venues usually need from 10 to 30 running meters, so the footage itself is rarely an obstacle.<\/p>\n

The second case is the quick replacement of a damaged element, without waiting for an identical one to be made from scratch.<\/p>\n

When express production saves the day<\/h2>\n

Express production is furniture made from scratch, just faster: 3 working days of production plus 1 to 2 days of transport. Therefore, it arrives at the venue in four to five working days.<\/p>\n

Because the piece of furniture is made from scratch, the express service covers the black color and the standard dimension of 1.2 running meters. It costs more than the same model ordered with the standard lead time.<\/p>\n

The difference between express and warehouse is simple. From the warehouse, you take furniture that is already there. In express, the furniture is just being made. 10:00 AM applies exclusively to warehouse shipping and has nothing to do with the start of express production.<\/p>\n

In extreme cases, we helped venues two to three days before opening. Whether we can make it in time for your venue depends on our workload that week, so it's a conversation for the phone, not a guarantee from a price list.<\/p>\n

How much does a shorter deadline cost<\/h2>\n

You pay more for a shorter term, and this is best seen on a single model. Loge Basic<\/a> Ordered with the standard lead time, it costs starting from 380 PLN per linear meter, while the same one ready to ship costs from 440 PLN. You pay the difference for the furniture already being in the warehouse, and the opening date no longer depends on the production schedule.<\/p>\n

Express production also costs more than standard. We provide the specific amount upon quotation, as it depends on the model and the length of the order. We fulfill orders starting from 1 running meter.<\/p>\n

Before we begin production, please pay at least 50% of the order value based on the pro forma invoice. The lead time of 3 to 6 weeks is counted from the receipt of this payment, not from the day you submitted your inquiry.<\/p>\n

You can pay the rest via bank transfer before shipping or cash on delivery to the courier. This is because every order has different dimensions and finishes, so the furniture is made exclusively for a specific customer.<\/p>\n

How furniture arrives at the premises<\/h2>\n

We ship via DHL or DPD courier on Euro pallets. How many pieces of furniture will fit on one pallet depends on the model: booths Basic six 1.2-meter modules, loges Paris<\/a> four. The cost of one palette is 350 PLN, and for deliveries closer to Silesia it tends to be lower, which we check during the quotation. Delivery is door-to-door. You can also pick up the furniture with your own transport from our factory in Psz\u00f3w, by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n

Do I need to order an installation crew<\/h2>\n

No need. We design the furniture so that assembly is not necessary, and we do it on purpose: every hour of the crew on-site increases the bill and adds nothing to a modular booth. You set up and connect the segments yourself.<\/p>\n

If you prefer us to do it for you, we perform assembly upon request. In that case, we determine it during the pricing process, along with the deadline.<\/p>\n

A compromise used by some venues<\/h2>\n

Some venues combine two terms in a single order. Most of the room is custom-made, ordered well in advance, and one or two additional elements are taken from readily available stock in case of damage or room expansion. It must then be accepted that the color may not be identical in shade to the rest of the equipment.<\/p>\n

Start with the opening date, not the model. If you have more than two months, full custom production kicks in and there is no reason to pay extra. If there are a few weeks left, we are talking about a rush order. If there are days left, we check the warehouse.<\/p>\n

What is the difference between warehouse shipping and express production?<\/h3>\n

We ship ready-made furniture from the warehouse, and orders paid for by 10:00 AM are dispatched the same day.
