For the 4-star H\u00f4tel Royal Beaulaincourt located at 22 Rue du Tribunal in B\u00e9thune, we manufactured a complete set of upholstered furniture for the area restaurant<\/a>sofas, bar stools and poufs. We designed the shape and dimensions specifically for this interior, and we made the upholstery from Alcantara provided by the client themselves.<\/p>\n

The client came with their own fabric<\/h2>\n

We have Alcantara in our fabric swatches, but this one didn't come from us. The hotel had chosen the material before contacting us about the furniture and sent it to us for production.<\/p>\n

We sew with supplied fabric normally and do not treat this as an exception. This happens most often when an interior design studio is handling the entire interior in a single collection and does not want to deviate from it for the seating. A hotel is a typical case here, because the upholstery in the restaurant area has to maintain the same standard as the rest of the facility.<\/p>\n

Foreign material changes the way cutting work is done<\/h2>\n

We can order a missing meter from our own fabric. From the supplied one we cannot, because the customer bought as much as they bought, and there is no guarantee that the next batch will have the same shade.<\/p>\n

We plan the layout for the exact amount we received before cutting the first piece. We do the pattern layout to leave a margin for error, not to use the material down to the last centimeter and pray that nothing goes wrong. With a foreign order, this is doubly important: another shipment of fabric from France to Poland is not a matter of a single day.<\/p>\n

A hotel is judged in the first few minutes<\/h2>\n

A guest enters the lobby and forms an opinion about the standard of the property before reaching the reception desk. The furniture in the common area then acts like a business card rather than just furnishings.<\/p>\n

That is why we make complete sets for hotels rather than individual seating. Sofas, bar stools, and poufs in the same material maintain a consistent level of finish throughout the entire area. A sofa that is chosen perfectly, placed next to bar stools bought separately in a different shade, ruins the impression more effectively than lacking both altogether.<\/p>\n

How do we handle a foreign order<\/h2>\n

The process is the same as in the country: measurement or interior layout, segment design, quote approval, production, transport to the site. The difference lies in the logistics, which we plan according to the address and assembly date, not in the design itself.<\/p>\n

Apart from France, we equipped venues in this way in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. For larger orders, we organize transport using a full truckload from a forwarding company, which allows us to deliver the complete set in a single trip and coordinate unloading with the time permitted by the venue.<\/p>\n

If you run an interior in one collection<\/h2>\n

A design studio that has chosen a fabric and does not want to change it has a straightforward path with us. You send the material, we sew, and the shape of the piece of furniture is determined in the exact same way as with an order from our sample book.<\/p>\n

Yes, we have it in our sample books. In B\u00e9thune, the client had selected the material before contacting us, so we made it using their Alcantara instead of offering our own. Apart from that, the sample books include high-quality velvets and Polish-manufactured faux leathers, all with a durability of at least 40,000 cycles Martindale, and most exceeding 100,000.<\/p>\n
