Klub 7 Nebo at Jánská 453/9 in the center of Brno came to us with a ready-made vision and one condition: nothing from catalog. We made an original one there. lodges, upholstered walls, an upholstered staircase, and tables with RGB LED backlighting. Everything in black glitter fabric, which was not available in any Polish sample book.

The fabric was not available in Poland, so we imported it from Turkey
The client wanted black glitter fabric and there was no substitute for it. Deep black provides a calm background, and under directional light and LED backlighting, the glitter reflects tiny glints. A material with a different weave would have produced a different effect, so swapping it for the closest equivalent from the local catalog was out of the question.
We have hundreds of sample books, and in most orders, we find in them what the customer is looking for. We didn't find it here, so we sourced the material from the Turkish market. If you have a specific vision for the texture or color, we check the possibility of importing it from outside before we propose something similar.
Four weeks, despite importing material from abroad
The entire project, from concept to finished furniture, took four weeks. This falls within the 3 to 6 week range that we quote for standard custom production, although a stage was involved here that is not present in a regular order.
Sourcing the fabric extends the order by the time it takes to order and deliver it, rather than restarting the entire cycle. We achieved the same timeframe in Stara Przepompownia in Ostrów Wielkopolski, where 130 linear meters of seating and 22 tables were installed, and in the bakery-cafe Kaffel in Gliwice with 5.3 meters of sofa. The scale and complexity change, but the deadline stays within the range.
Upholstery didn't end with furniture
The same black fabric was used on the walls and the stairwell, where we made quilted, backlit panels. As a result, the interior no longer looks like it is made of separate elements.
This also has an effect that is not visible in the photo. The soft surface on the wall absorbs some of the sound reflected by hard materials, so you can talk at the table without raising your voice. In a club with music playing all night long, this determines whether guests stay at the table or leave after fifteen minutes.
Wall upholstery is provided as a separate service and is priced individually, because the surface area and division into panels are different every time.
RGB LED illuminated tables
The variable light color allows setting the room's mood for the evening: calmer, warm light at the beginning and stronger accents during the party. The venue controls this by itself, without replacing anything.
Similar tables, though with a different design and a VSG safety glass top, were made by us at Stara Przepompownia in Ostrów Wielkopolski. We price each such piece of furniture individually, because it differs in size, shape, and cable routing method.
Why clubs order custom-made furniture
Ready-made furniture from a catalog assumes a rectangular room and walls at right angles. A club is rarely like that, and on top of that, it usually has its own identity that cannot be assembled from elements available to everyone.
When ordering custom-made furniture, you choose the shape, fabric, and accessories like backlighting to fit a specific interior, and the booths, walls, and tables are designed as a single set. We sew in our own workshop, so a change at the design stage does not require coordination with an intermediary.
