Upholstery is the only surface the guest touches throughout the visit
The table is cleared and replaced, the floor is rarely seen, and the seat works under every guest, all day long, for years.
When we talk about furniture, we start with the material and the filling, not the shape. Choosing the model is just the first decision of several and usually has the least impact on how the room looks after a year of use.
We choose the foam density based on the expected sitting time.
In the lounge area, where a guest stays for an hour with coffee, the seating can be soft. W restaurant breakfast with high rotation, a firmer filling holds its shape longer and does not sag in the most frequently occupied places.
With twenty segments, this is already visible after one season: furniture with foam chosen for the apartment then has dents in the places where people sit most often, and the rest of the run looks like new. We select foam for apartments with a density intended for continuous use.
Three fabric parameters that truly matter in gastronomy
Fabric and faux leather differ in practice by three things, not color.

We check the third point during the sample selection stage, not upon delivery of the finished piece of furniture. A lack of paperwork can hold up the acceptance of an entire room, and by then it is too late to change the material.
The same model looks different in velour and faux leather
Velour with vertical channeling and smooth faux leather on the same frame create two completely different interiors. We have hundreds of sample books, so sending all of them at once wouldn't help anyone. Instead, we assemble a package tailored to your venue and ship it within 1 to 2 business days after our phone call.
A photo on the website and the fabric in your hand are two different things. The texture and the way the material drapes over the foam are only visible upon direct contact.

We sew ourselves, so changes at the design stage cost nothing
The entire process, from fabric cutting to the collection of the finished piece of furniture, is handled by a single company in its own facility in Pszów. This way, we know exactly what stage the order is at.
The color, backrest height, or section width can be changed during the design phase without an extra charge for a custom version. A revision on paper costs time; a revision on a finished piece of furniture costs the furniture.
How furniture gets into the premises
Shipping goes on Euro pallets, via DHL or DPD courier, straight to the venue's address. The shallower the model, the more segments fit on a single pallet: at 50 cm depth, six fit; at 70 cm, four. A pallet costs 350 PLN, and closer to Silesia it can be cheaper. Large orders are shipped differently, by a full forwarding company truck, which allows unloading to be coordinated with a time window at a shopping mall or hotel.
We make segments up to 1.4 linear meters, standard is one meter or 1.2, so they fit through standard doors and stairwells. Assembly is not required and you don't pay for a crew, but upon request we will assemble the set on site.
Upholstered booths in real venues
For Cafe Beluga in Bonn, we made a continuous chesterfield-style booth upholstered in deep red velvet and tailored in length to the main hall's wall. At a four-star Hôtel Royal Beaulaincourt in France, we furnished the restaurant area with sofas, bar stools, and poufs in client-supplied Alcantara.

Where do we start selecting the material
Tell me how many hours a day the furniture will be in use, how often the room is cleaned, and whether the facility has certification requirements. These three answers determine the foam and fabric before we even start talking about color.
