Real leather vs faux leather: what really sets them apart
Leather is the only upholstery material that looks better—not worse—over time. The patina on the backrest and the scuffs on the edges of the seat add character to the interior rather than signaling wear and tear. However, this works only with genuine leather and only when the space is designed to have that look.
This property has no leather and doesn't pretend to have any. Instead, it withstands daily washing better than leather, doesn't require conditioning, and cares less about keys, studded bags, and fingernails.
In a high-turnover venue, faux leather can be more practical, and the price difference allows you to allocate the budget to a larger seating area. We are straightforward about which option will work best in a specific room, rather than defaulting to the more expensive one.

We do not offer express production for leather versions.
The express service is based on a single standard: black color, dimension of 1.2 running meters, and three business days of production. Leather does not fit into this scheme because each batch of material is different and the cut must be planned for it separately.
The delivery time for leather orders is determined individually after the order is accepted, and before production we kindly ask you to pay at least 50% of the value based on a pro forma invoice.
Leather requires a different cut than fabric
It is stiffer, does not stretch evenly, and does not forgive mistakes when laying it out on the mold. In addition, every hide has its own size and natural flaws that must be worked around when cutting.
We plan the cutting for leather orders according to a specific batch of material, not a template. This is the main reason why a leather booth takes longer than the same shape in fabric.
Care determines whether after two years furniture looks mature or neglected
The most common skin damage in the catering industry does not come from use, but from the cleaning agent. A preparation that dries out the surface leads to cracks at the bends after a few months, which is exactly where the furniture works the hardest.

We match the seam to the rest of the interior
If the reception desk or bar has a specific shade of wood or brass, we match the thread color and stitching style to it. The idea is for the booth to read as an element of the interior design rather than a piece of furniture just placed next to it.
On leather, this detail is more prominent than on fabric because the surface is smooth and does not distract from the seam line.
Premium rarely orders just the booth
To complete the set, we are making chairs, bar stools, and poufs in the same material so that the entire seating area maintains a consistent level of finish. Chairs and tables follow a different schedule than booths: 7 to 14 business days compared to 3 to 6 weeks. However, this does not mean two deliveries. We store the finished items ourselves and release the entire seating area at once, which is important for a hotel lobby, as installation in such a space is done all at once.
In the hotel lobby this is of particular importance, because the guest assesses the standard of the facility in the first few minutes, before reaching the reception desk.
Leather and faux leather booths in real venues
