Monaco Max is the most expensive and representative model in the category of 70 cm deep models. The backrest is 120 centimeters high and features large rectangular tufting arranged in four rows.

Height and tufting work together here: the piece of furniture divides the room like a partition wall while simultaneously serving as its most decorative element.

Four rows instead of three

The quilting square maintains the same size regardless of the backrest height, so when raised from 95 to 120 cm, a fourth row is simply added. The mesh does not stretch and the proportions of a single square remain the same.

It can be seen from this that height changes the scale of the piece of furniture, not its design. The same pattern simply takes up more wall space.

Two functions in one piece of furniture

One hundred twenty centimeters reaches above the head of a seated guest, so two rows arranged back-to-back create separate booths without putting up any wall. At the same time, the large upholstered surface dampens sound, which in a room with a hard finish translates directly into the ability to converse at the table.

Where does this model make sense

VIP zones, hotel lobbies, banquet halls and restaurants high-end, meaning places where the piece of furniture is meant to be visible and elevate the interior standard.

It doesn't make sense in a low-ceilinged room because a backrest of that height gets close to the ceiling and becomes overwhelming. Nor does it make sense in a space with heavily patterned decor, where large tufting would add yet another pattern to the existing ones. A smooth one will work better there.
