From 3 to 6 weeks, but counted from when
The standard production time for custom upholstered furniture is 3 to 6 weeks from the receipt of payment, not from the time of inquiry. This distinction determines many openings.
If the quotation, fabric selection, and finalizing details take a week or two, and then you still wait for the bank transfer to be credited, the actual time from the first contact to delivery is 7 to 8 weeks. For a scheduled opening, that is the difference between a ready room and bare walls.
Before we begin production, please pay at least 50% of the order total via pro forma invoice. You can pay the remainder by bank transfer before shipment or by cash on delivery to the courier. When he saves the warehouse
The warehouse saves the day when there are days left until opening, rather than weeks. Paid orders placed by 10:00 AM ship out the same day.
We keep ten models in various colors and over 100 running meters in stock. Locations usually need 10 to 30 running meters, so the footage itself is rarely an obstacle. When express production saves the day
Express production steps in when the warehouse doesn't have what you need, and there's no longer time for a full cycle. This is furniture made from scratch in 3 business days, plus 1 to 2 days for transport, meaning four to five business days to your location.
Because the piece of furniture is made from scratch, the express service covers the black color and the standard dimension of 1.2 running meters. It costs more than the same model with the standard turnaround time. 10:00 AM applies exclusively to warehouse dispatch and has nothing to do with the start of express production.
In extreme cases, we helped venues two to three days before opening. Whether we can make it in time for your venue depends on our workload for that given week, so this is a matter for a phone call rather than a fixed price list. What to do before the opening date is confirmed
Ask for a quote and dimensions in advance, even if the decision is made in a month. This way, when the date is finalized, production starts immediately instead of waiting to iron out details under time pressure.
