In accordance with Art. 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, GDPR for short, we inform you that:

Privacy and personal data protection policy of the website www.prestameble.pl:

  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The controller of personal data collected through the website www.prestameble.pl is KAIZEN sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Pszów at ul. Karola Miarki 98.

  1. E-mail address: biuro@prestameble.pl, hereinafter the "Controller", who is also the Service Provider.
  2. The personal data of the Service Recipient are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, GDPR for short.
  3. The Controller takes particular care to protect the interests of data subjects and in particular ensures that the data it collects are:
    1. processed lawfully,
    2. collected for specified, lawful purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
    3. factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, and stored in a form that permits identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  4. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
    1. The personal data of Service Recipients collected by the Controller are used to:
      1. contact the service recipient (client)
    2. The Controller processes the following personal data of Service Recipients:
      1. First name and surname,
      2. Address,
      3. E-mail address,
      4. Telephone number,
      5. Other
    3. Users' Personal Data are processed on the basis of the voluntary consent given by the User and in cases where the law authorises the Controller to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or in order to perform a contract concluded between the parties.
    4. This website obtains Personal Data in the course of providing a service, presenting an offer and performing contracts.
    5. The website www.prestameble.pl can be browsed without providing personal details.
  5. LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING
    1. Using the website and concluding contracts for electronically supplied services through it, which requires providing personal data, is entirely voluntary. The data subject decides independently whether to start using the services provided by the Service Provider
    2. Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, GDPR for short, data processing is permitted, among other cases, when:
      1. the data subject gives consent, unless it concerns the deletion of data relating to them.
      2. it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or when it is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract.
    3. The Controller always processes personal data within the grounds for lawful processing listed in point 2. Data processing will be related to the performance of a contract or the need to take steps at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract.
  6. THE RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS AND CORRECT YOUR DATA
    1. The Controller undertakes to protect and secure data obtained from the website and declares that personal data will not be sold or made available to other third parties.
    2. The Service Recipient has the right to access and correct their personal data.
    3. Everyone who provides Personal data has the right to access their personal data, and to have it rectified, erased or its processing restricted. They also have the right to object to further processing and, where consent to processing has been given, to withdraw it. Exercising the right to withdraw consent does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.

  7. "COOKIES"
    1. The Service Provider's website uses "cookies". If the Service Recipient does not change the browser settings, this is equivalent to consenting to their use.
    2. Installing "cookies" is necessary for the proper provision of services on the website. "Cookies" contain information necessary for the website to function properly, in particular those parts that require authorisation.
    3. The website uses the following types:
      • session
      • persistent
      • analytical
    4. "Session" "cookies" are temporary files stored on the Service Recipient's terminal device until logging out (leaving the website).
    5. "Persistent" "cookies" are stored on the Service Recipient's terminal device for the time specified in the parameters of the "cookies" or until they are deleted by the User.
    6. "Analytical" "cookies" make it possible to better understand how the Service Recipient interacts with the content of the website and to organise its layout better. "Analytical" "cookies" collect information about how Service Recipients use the website, the type of page from which the Service Recipient was redirected, and the number of visits and the duration of the Service Recipient's visit to the website. This information does not record specific personal data of the Service Recipient, but is used to compile statistics on the use of the website.
    7. The User has the right to decide on the access of "cookies" to their computer by choosing this in advance in the window of their browser. Detailed information on the options and ways of handling "cookies" is available in the settings of the software (web browser).
  8. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. The Controller applies technical and organisational measures ensuring protection of the personal data processed, appropriate to the risks and to the categories of data protected, and in particular protects data against disclosure to unauthorised persons, removal by an unauthorised person, processing in breach of applicable law, and alteration, loss, damage or destruction.
    2. The Service Provider makes available appropriate technical measures preventing unauthorised persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.
    3. Personal data may be stored by the Controller for the entire period of its activity or until the user requests the deletion of their data.
    4. The Controller reserves the right to change this privacy policy if necessary or if the law changes. If you have any questions or doubts, please contact the Controller; details are given in point 1.
