Upholstered booths and upholstered sofas for venues

from PLN 540 per linear metre

That is the price of Booth Parma II Max; the final price depends on the model, the fabric and the length of the seating.

Upholstered booths are our core offer for restaurants and bars, hotels and lounge areas. This page describes what is inside the furniture: which foam we choose, which fabric comes into play and where the difference lies between a seat that keeps its shape for years and one that sags after a season.

Booth Paris Max - the larger Paris booth upholstered to measure

Upholstered Booth Paris Max

Booth Paris Max is the version of the Paris model with a raised backrest, recommended for interiors that want more representative seating and an added sense of privacy for guests. It works in restaurants, hotels, clubs and pizzerias, where the higher backrest visually separates the zones of the room.

Booth, upholstered sofa, couch for a venue

Upholstered furniture for hospitality goes by several names, and in our catalogue it is one product group. A booth, an upholstered sofa, a wall couch and a banquette are one piece of furniture for us, so if you were looking for any of these, you are in the right place.

If you are after a particular leather finish, we describe it under leather booths. If the room has an unusual shape, see custom booths.

Upholstery is the only surface a guest touches for the whole visit

A table is wiped and replaced, the floor is rarely noticed, and the seat works under every guest, all day, for years.

With us the conversation about furniture starts with the material and the filling, not with the shape. Choosing the model is only the first of several decisions, and usually the one with the least effect on how the room looks after a year of use.

We choose foam density for the expected sitting time

In a lounge area, where a guest stays for an hour over coffee, the seat can be soft. In a breakfast restaurant with high turnover a firmer filling keeps its shape longer and does not sag in the most used spots.

With twenty segments this shows after a single season: furniture with foam chosen for a home then has dents where people sit most often, while the rest of the run looks new. For venues we choose foam of a density designed for continuous use.

Three fabric parameters that really matter in hospitality

In practice fabric and faux leather differ in three things, not in colour.

Parameter What it means Our standard
Abrasion resistance how many Martindale cycles the surface withstands at least 40,000, most of the range above 100,000
Behaviour with a grease stain whether a sauce mark comes off or stays faux leather is wiped with a damp cloth, velour needs more attention
Fire documentation whether the material has the certificate required in the building we have fabrics with various certificates, to meet our clients' needs

We check the third point when choosing the sample, not at the handover of the finished furniture. A missing document can hold up the handover of the whole room, and by then it is too late to change the material.

The same model looks different in velour and in faux leather

Velour with vertical channels and smooth faux leather on the same construction give two completely different interiors. We have hundreds of swatch books, so sending all of them would help nobody. Instead we put together a parcel for your venue and send it within 1 to 2 working days of a phone call.

A photo on a website and fabric in your hand are two different things. You only see the texture, and the way the material lies on the foam, when you touch it.

Two models with a raised backrest and what they cost

Model Price from Dimensions What it suits
Booth Parma II Max PLN 540 per linear metre depth 50 cm, height 100 cm, seat 43 cm a simpler form with the same function, easier to fit into larger orders
Booth Paris Max PLN 850 per linear metre depth 70 cm, height 120 cm, seat 43 cm divides the room into zones, gives a sense of privacy at the table

We make both models to measure, in 3 to 6 weeks from the moment your payment is booked. We confirm the exact date together with the quote.

We sew ourselves, so a change at the design stage costs nothing

The whole process, from cutting the fabric to handing over the finished furniture, is run by one company in its own workshop in Pszów. So we know exactly what stage the order is at.

The colour, the backrest height or the width of a segment can be changed at the design stage, without a surcharge for a non-standard version. A correction on paper costs time, a correction on finished furniture costs the furniture.

How the furniture reaches your venue

Transport goes on euro pallets, straight to the address of the venue. The shallower the model, the more segments fit on one pallet: at 50 cm depth there are six, at 70 cm four. We calculate the transport cost to your address together with the quote. We send large orders differently, in a whole truck from a freight company, which lets us match the unloading to the time slot of a shopping centre or a hotel.

We make segments up to 1.4 linear metres, as standard 1 or 1.2 metres, so that they pass through standard doors and staircases. Installation is not needed and you do not pay for a crew, but on request we will install the set on site.

Upholstered booths in real venues

For Cafe Beluga in Bonn we made a continuous Chesterfield-style booth, covered in deep red velvet and fitted in length to the wall of the main room. In the four-star Hôtel Royal Beaulaincourt in France we furnished the restaurant area: sofas, bar stools and poufs, in Alcantara supplied by the client.

Where we start choosing the material

Tell us how many hours a day the furniture will be in use, how often the room is cleaned and whether the building has certificate requirements. These three answers decide the foam and the fabric before we even start talking about colour.

The minimum order is 1 linear metre, and there is no upper limit. We prepare the quote free of charge: +48 535 080 040.

Frequently asked questions

Are an upholstered sofa and a booth the same thing?

Yes. In our catalogue they are one product group, priced per linear metre.

How many Martindale cycles should a fabric for a venue have?

At least 40,000. No fabric we offer for hospitality goes below this value, and most of the range exceeds 100,000.

Do you have fabrics with fire certificates?

We have fabrics with various certificates, to meet our clients' needs. Tell us in the first conversation what your building requires, so that we can narrow the choice straight away.

Which foam for a venue with high turnover?

Firmer than for a lounge area. With high turnover a soft filling sags in the most used spots, and on a longer run that shows after one season.

How long does an order take?

We make both models to measure, in 3 to 6 weeks from the moment your payment is booked. We confirm the exact date together with the quote.

When will I get the swatch book?

Within 1 to 2 working days of a phone call, chosen for your venue instead of the whole range.
