Dimensions in centimetres
Parma II Max is the most decorative model in this family and also the tallest. The backrest is one hundred centimetres high and stitched in a dense grid: a mesh of small square panels running the full height.
The body stays angular, the backrest runs in one line with the seat, and the furniture stands on visible round legs, like the rest of the Parma family.
A higher backrest means more rows of the grid, not larger panels
The stitched panel has a fixed size, so with a 100 cm backrest there are simply more rows than in the eighty-centimetre version. The grid looks denser instead of stretching.
As a result, with Parma II Max the stitching stops being a detail and becomes the main surface of the furniture. From the other end of the room you see the texture first and only then the colour.

When this model is the right one
It works where the seating should be part of the decor, not the background: the representative area of a venue, a run visible from the entrance, a hotel lobby, a room kept in one colour where the furniture is the only surface with texture.
It makes no sense in two situations. In a cramped interior with one window, because the 100 cm backrest cuts off the view and the room feels smaller. And in a room that is already heavily decorated, with patterned wallpaper or a mural, where the dense grid would add a third pattern to the two already there.
In both cases it is better to go for Parma or Parma Max with a plain backrest.
The grid and daily upkeep
The stitching does not change how the upholstery is cleaned and does not make cleaning harder. The choice between the plain and the stitched version is a matter of looks, not of running the venue.
What does change is the choice of fabric. The dense grid creates its own texture, so a material with a strong pattern of its own will compete with it. With this model plain fabrics work better, where the stitching is the only pattern on the surface.
Construction and lead time
Foam with a density designed for continuous use, identical across the family. Our fabrics for venues have a minimum of 40,000 Martindale cycles, and most of the range exceeds 100,000.
Made-to-measure production takes 3 to 6 weeks, counted from the moment your payment is booked. The minimum order is one linear metre, and before production we ask for payment of at least half the value against a pro forma invoice: +48 535 080 040.
Frequently asked questions
What are the dimensions of Booth Parma II Max?
One hundred centimetres overall height with a depth of 50 cm, the seat at 43 cm above the floor. Segments as standard of 1 or 1.2 linear metres.
How does Parma II Max differ from Parma Max?
In the backrest stitching. Parma Max has a plain one, Parma II Max has dense grid stitching. The dimensions and construction are identical, and the PLN 20 per metre difference comes from the stitching work.
How does it differ from Parma II?
In the backrest height: 100 cm compared with 80 cm. With the higher backrest there are more rows of the grid, because each stitched panel keeps the same size.
Which fabric for a stitched backrest?
Plain rather than patterned. The grid creates its own surface pattern, so a material with a strong pattern of its own will compete with it.
How much does Booth Parma II Max cost?
From PLN 540 per linear metre.
