We come across all of these terms, and for separate zones people also talk about VIP seating. Each time it means the same thing: upholstered seating in segments, set along a wall or around the dance floor.

We use the word booth, because that is what it is called in our quotes and on our invoices. If you were looking for a sofa or a couch, you are in the right place.

By the dance floor furniture wears from the top, not from sitting

Not from sitting, but from leaning, putting glasses on the backrest and squeezing between the booth and the table. That is why in nightclubs we reinforce the top edge of the backrest and the corners of the segments.

These are places that last for years without reinforcement in an ordinary restaurant room. By the dance floor they work from the first weekend, so we design the construction for this pattern, not for a universal one.

The fabric has to take cleaning after every event, not once a week

That changes the choice of material more than abrasion resistance alone. What counts is not only the Martindale figure, although a minimum of 40,000 applies to everything we offer, and most of the range exceeds 100,000.

What also counts is whether the surface can take the cleaning agent used every day by a crew that works fast and has no time to be gentle. High-quality Polish-made faux leather beats velour here, because you wipe it with a damp cloth and get back to work. We choose colours for UV lighting and coloured spotlights, which can change the shade of a fabric beyond recognition.

Chesterfield builds a zone where traffic is lower and looks matter more. Basic II goes where the furniture simply has to last.

Why we do not promise rush orders for nightclubs

We do not offer rush production on this page, and we would rather say so plainly than promise a date we cannot deliver.

Nightclub orders usually mean an unusual layout of modules around the shape of the dance floor, the spacing of the columns and the line of the bar. Such a design needs time before production. We agree the lead time individually at the quotation stage, so you know it before you place the order. Standard custom production takes 3 to 6 weeks from the moment your payment is booked.

Furniture goes in after the floor and walls, not before

The opening date is often announced before the building work is finished, so we schedule production around the electrical and finishing works.

We plan delivery for the moment when the floor and walls are already done. Upholstery brought in earlier gets scratched during the final works, and light fabrics also pick up building dust that can no longer be removed. It is one of the few things in this process that cannot be fixed after the fact.

We write down the scope before the order

Segment dimensions, the fabric and extras such as illuminated table tops go on paper before production. That way, at the quotation stage, you know exactly what you are paying for.

The design then does not change during production, which is the moment when every change costs the most. Before production we ask for at least 50% of the order value on a pro forma invoice.

Nightclub booths in real venues

At Hype club in Szczecin we introduced new models in the VIP areas, designing the furniture from scratch together with the interior architect. What we need to design around your dance floor

Send us a floor plan of the room with the dance floor, stage, bar and columns marked. If there is no plan, a sketch with dimensions and photos from each side of the room are enough.

Tell us also when you plan to open and what stage the building work is at. We will set the production date around that. We take orders from 1 linear metre: +48 535 080 040.

Is a nightclub sofa the same as a booth?

Yes. They are three names for one piece of furniture: booth, sofa and club couch. In our quotes we use the word booth.

How much does a nightclub booth cost?

From PLN 410 per linear metre for Basic II. Sofa Chesterfield starts at PLN 2,000 per metre, but it usually goes only into the representative area.

Can it be ordered as a rush order?

For nightclubs we do not offer rush production, because the layout of modules around the dance floor needs a design. We agree the lead time individually with the quote, as standard 3 to 6 weeks from the moment your payment is booked.
