Presta Meble
Restaurant booths and custom restaurant sofas
from PLN 690 per linear metre
That is the price of Booth Nicea; the final price depends on the model, the fabric and the length of the seating.
We design restaurant booths for a longer visit. A guest sits over a meal for an hour or two, so the depth of the seat and the angle of the backrest matter, not just the durability of the fabric. A run of seats along the wall fits more people than chairs on both sides of a table, and soft upholstery quietens a room that gets loud when it is full.

Restaurant Booth Paris
The Paris restaurant booth is upholstered furniture designed for places where guest comfort and resistance to intensive daily use count. It works in a restaurant, a café and a pizzeria: anywhere customers spend time and come back if they feel well looked after.
MoreRestaurant Booth Nicea
Booth Nicea is upholstered furniture that combines comfort with resistance to intensive daily use, and it works well in restaurants, cafés and pizzerias. In orders the same furniture is sometimes called a restaurant sofa: it is a matter of name, not construction. It is a solution for venues that want to combine an attractive interior with the practicality of furniture used for many hours a day.

Restaurant Booth Paris Max
Booth Paris Max is the version of the Paris model with a raised backrest, recommended for interiors that want more representative seating and an added sense of privacy for guests. It works in restaurants and cafés where the higher backrest visually separates the zones of the room.
MoreBooth, sofa or couch for a restaurant: it is the same piece of furniture
A restaurant booth, a restaurant sofa and a restaurant couch are three names for one piece of furniture: upholstered seating with its length fitted to the wall. Some clients call about a booth, some about a couch, and they order exactly the same thing.
It is also called a banquette, especially when a higher backrest separates a table from the rest of the room. We say this plainly, because the name is sometimes the only difference between two offers you are comparing. With us the construction, the fabric and the price per metre are the same whichever word you use in your enquiry.
How many seats fit along a wall
A table for four, with guests sitting on one side on a booth, takes 1.2 to 1.5 linear metres. A room with five such tables along one wall means roughly 6 to 7.2 metres.
When planning, a restaurateur weighs two things at once: how many people will sit down and how long they will stay at the table. These figures pull against each other. A tight layout raises occupancy but shortens the visit, and a shorter visit lowers the bill. A booth solves this differently than chairs, because a run of seats along the wall gives back the floor space that chairs need to be pushed back.
The furniture itself takes 70 cm of depth. That is the figure you subtract from the width of the room before you work out the space for the table and the aisle for the waiter. We take orders from 1 linear metre.
Seat and table height, or what comfort depends on during a longer meal
We set the seat at 43 centimetres from the floor and the table top at 75. That difference, thirty-two centimetres, decides whether a guest sits comfortably over the main course or props themselves up on their elbows.
We choose a gentler backrest angle than in a bar. In a restaurant people sit longer and their backs need support, not just something to lean on for a moment.
Three restaurant models and what they cost
On this page we show the three models that most often go into restaurant dining rooms.
| Model | Price from | Overall height | What it suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Booth Paris | PLN 750 per linear metre | 95 cm | the most ordered model, vertical channel stitching |
| Booth Nicea | PLN 690 per linear metre | 95 cm | rooms where an open view through the interior matters |
| Booth Paris Max | PLN 850 per linear metre | 120 cm | rooms divided into zones and hotel lobbies |
All three are 70 cm deep with the seat 43 cm high. The price difference between Paris and Paris Max comes only from the amount of material and the construction of the higher backrest, not from the quality of workmanship.
See the model page: Booth Paris for a restaurant, Booth Nicea for a restaurant, Booth Paris Max with a raised backrest.
How long restaurant booths take
The lead time depends on the model, the fabric and the length of the seating, and we confirm it together with the quote.
Custom production takes 3 to 6 weeks. Before production we ask for at least 50% of the order value on a pro forma invoice, and the lead time runs from the moment that payment is booked.
Whether we can meet your date depends on our workload in a given week. Call us and we will check straight away: +48 535 080 040.
In a restaurant the fabric works against grease, not only against abrasion
A sauce stain and a wine mark come off velour differently than faux leather. That is why, for restaurant fabric, we look at more than abrasion resistance, although that matters too: no fabric we offer for venues has fewer than 40,000 Martindale cycles, and most of the range exceeds 100,000.
We send the swatch book within 1 to 2 working days of a phone call, chosen for your venue. You can test a stain on a piece of the material with your own cleaning agent before you decide for the whole room. We also have fabrics with various certificates, to meet our clients' needs.
A booth quietens a room that gets loud
Noise bouncing off stone, glass and concrete shortens visits just as effectively as an uncomfortable chair. When the room is full it can drown out the conversation at your own table.
The upholstered surface of the backrest absorbs some of that sound. A run of booths along a wall works like an acoustic panel that happens to be furniture. The higher the backrest, the larger the surface working to quieten the room, which is why Paris Max performs better than lower models in rooms with hard finishes.
How we divide the furniture into segments
We build a long run from modules, because otherwise it would not get into the venue. The standard lengths are 1 metre and 1.2 metres, and the maximum we recommend is 1.4 linear metres.
That way the segments pass through standard doors and staircases, and the joints fall where they cannot be seen. When installing upstairs, this is usually the only constraint that really decides the construction of the furniture. We measure corner pieces along the back and add them to the total length at the same price as a straight piece.
You do not need to order installation. We design the furniture so that it is not needed, so you do not pay for a crew on site. On request we will install it for you.
A restaurant rarely buys just one booth
Usually it is a set for the whole room: several runs of different lengths, chairs at free-standing tables and bar stools at the bar. We design it as one order and one colour scheme, not as separate purchases that happen to stand next to each other in the same room.
We choose table tops from the AMA 80 and AMA 100 series or the PU LAM 60, 70 and 80 tables. We make chairs and tables in 7 to 14 working days, faster than booths sewn to measure. We keep the finished chairs with us and send the whole set in one transport when the booth is finished. You do not pay for two deliveries and you do not store chairs on your premises for weeks before opening.
Restaurant booths in real dining rooms
See how these models work for our clients. At House of Hot Pot & BBQ in Poznań we made Paris booths in two shapes: straight along the walls and semicircular, wrapping around a round table in a horseshoe so that every guest sits at the same distance from the table top.
At Restbotanica in Katowice we started differently than with the catalogue. First we sent fabric samples and prototypes, so the owners could see them in the actual room before making a decision. Only after the prototype was approved did production start on the custom Paris sofa and its curved version.
We make the same furniture for bars, pubs, clubs and nightclubs. We write more about materials under upholstered and leather booths, and about rooms with slopes and pillars under custom booths.
What to prepare before the quote
Give us the length of the wall, the width of the room and the number of seats you are aiming for. If you have a floor plan, send it; if not, a rough photo with dimensions is enough.
The order starts with measuring, on site at your venue or from a plan you send. The quote is free and without obligation: +48 535 080 040.
