Monaco Max is the most expensive and most representative model in the class of 70 cm deep models. The backrest is 120 centimetres high and tufted in large rectangular panels arranged in four rows.
Height and tufting work together here: the furniture divides the room like a partition and at the same time is its most decorative element.
Four rows instead of three
The tufted panel keeps the same size regardless of the backrest height, so raising it from 95 to 120 cm simply adds a fourth row. The grid does not stretch and the proportions of a single panel stay the same.
This shows that the height changes the scale of the furniture, not its pattern. The same design simply takes up more wall.
Two functions in one piece of furniture
One hundred and twenty centimetres reaches above the head of a seated guest, so two runs placed back to back create separate booths without putting up any partition. The large upholstered surface also dampens sound, which in a room with hard finishes translates directly into being able to talk at the table.
The tufting adds character. If you are looking to divide the room but do not want it to look like a utilitarian partition, this model combines the two.

The eighty zloty between the cheapest and the most expensive of these three is a difference in sewing work, not in construction.
Where this model makes sense
VIP areas, hotel lobbies, banquet halls and top-end restaurants, meaning places where the furniture should be visible and raise the standard of the interior.
It makes no sense in a room with a low ceiling, because a backrest of this height comes close to the ceiling and overwhelms the space. Nor in a venue with heavily patterned decor, where large tufting would add another pattern to those already there. There the plain Nicea Max at the same height works better.
Fabric and lead time
The raised panels create their own play of light, so a patterned material will compete with them. With this model plain fabrics work best, and velour shows the effect more clearly than faux leather.
