Dimensions in centimetres
Monaco has a backrest tufted in large rectangular panels, arranged in three rows over its full height. The panels are raised and softly rounded, so the surface of the backrest looks like a set of cushions held in one frame.
It is the most representative finish in the class of 70 cm deep models, and it is what accounts for the price, because the construction and foam are the same as in the cheaper Nicea.
Large panels are not a fine grid
The tufting on Monaco is sometimes confused with the grid of the Parma family, but these are two different pieces of furniture and two different effects. On Parma II the grid is fine and dense, creating a texture that reads as a uniform surface. On Monaco the panels are large and countable; you can see each one separately even from the other end of the room.
Monaco is also deeper: 70 cm compared with 50 cm in the Parma family, so it belongs to a different comfort class, designed for longer sitting.
How large tufting works in a room
Up close the eye sees soft, raised panels and the furniture reads as comfortable. From a few metres away the regular rhythm of the rectangles brings order to a long run along the wall, giving it a structure that a plain surface does not have.
It works in rooms where the seating should raise the standard of the interior: VIP areas, hotel lobbies, restaurants at the upper end of the price range. In a venue with heavily patterned decor, however, the large panels will compete for attention, and it is better to go for the plain Nicea.
Dimensions and price

| Price | from PLN 780 per linear metre |
The whole body is covered in one fabric, from the top edge of the backrest to the very bottom, and under it there is a black base with feet.
Fabric with large tufting
The raised panels create their own play of light and shadow, so a material with a clear pattern will compete with them. Plain fabrics work best, where the tufting is the only pattern on the surface.
Velour shows this effect more strongly than faux leather, because the pile lies differently on each raised panel and the difference between panel and hollow is more pronounced. Every fabric we offer for venues has at least 40,000 Martindale cycles, and most of our range exceeds 100,000.
The version with a higher backrest
Monaco Max has the same tufting on a backrest raised to 120 cm, where there are four rows instead of three. The panel size stays the same, so the grid does not stretch; it simply gains rows.
Choose the Max version if the furniture should divide the room into zones. At 95 cm the backrest ends at neck height and the room stays open.
Construction and lead time
Foam with a density designed for continuous use, identical across the 70 cm class. Made-to-measure production takes 3 to 6 weeks, counted from the moment your payment is booked.
The minimum order is one linear metre. At a depth of 70 cm four modules of 1.2 metres fit on a pallet, and we measure corner elements along the back and charge them at the straight-section rate: +48 535 080 040.
Frequently asked questions
What are the dimensions of Booth Monaco?
The same 70 cm depth and 95 cm overall height as Paris and Nicea, with the seat 43 cm above the floor. The models in this group differ only in their stitching, so they can be combined in one room.
How does the tufting on Monaco differ from the grid on Parma II?
In the size of the panels and the class of the furniture. Monaco has large, countable rectangles and a depth of 70 cm, Parma II a fine, dense grid at a depth of 50 cm. They are two different pieces of furniture, not versions of the same one.
Why does Monaco cost more than Nicea?
Because of the tufting. The construction, foam and depth are identical; the only difference is the work of sewing the backrest.
Which fabric for a tufted backrest?
Plain rather than patterned, because the tufting creates its own surface pattern. Velour shows the effect more clearly than faux leather.
How much does Booth Monaco cost?
From PLN 780 per linear metre.
